| I don't see any 1/16 scale exhibits in the photo's . Perhaps a new class for large scale .Personally I think you have a good chance at taking one of the top spots. Russell ,perhaps there is a " Rat Rod " catagory, either way you'd have our support. |

| No, I think 1/16th would be pretty rare. I am going to contact the organizers to discuss. Honestly not going there to win anything just more to show off and "chat" (promote) the club. I will unplug the motors but I think it would be kinda cool to have a tank or 2 running on the table with engine, lights, smoke on and weapons firing every once in a while! Will have to see if they will permit that... _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov

| That looks like it would be interesting as well as possibly giving an opportunity to promote the club and r/c tanks _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| Update,
We are far too late to do a set up and display this year but they are very interested in having us so I have asked for 1 8' table for us to put all our 1/16th vehicles together. So if you are coming let me know what you want to bring and I will work on the logistics for us to at least display our tanks together. I will bring a couple of other things to promote the club as well.... _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." | Excellent! Looking forward to seeing you...
FYI apparently there will be a category created for us now. I have procured a large round table and I will bring one just in case we need it and there is room. For anyone bringing battle tanks, your motors must be unplugged and you must have an active volume control so that you can turn it down during the announcing part of the contest. Other than that you can have lights, camera, action on your display tank...
Again, if you want to let me know you are coming and what you want to bring so I know how many vehicles I will have to make room for... _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov

| Dean, I am bringing the Elephant but it is under your name. If you are bringing something and they won't take more than one entry than I won't bring it.

| We are sort of a display/entry combo so we can bring tanks just to show off but the space is limited but I think for sure the Elephant needs to be there! :-) bring a bunch. If we don't have room we can always leave them in our cars! :-) _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov

| Hi Guys, Looks like you are going to have good weather this week for battleday. Unfortunately I have committed to the Ajax show on Saturday and I think it's important to be there. There will be over 800 models entered and they expect up to 1000 people top attend and a lot of these will be our type of people. Michael is going to come join me so we will have an interesting selection of tanks. Motors will be off but we will be able to demonstrate everything else that makes our hobby so fun including Mike's new FPV system hooked up on his Leo. If you have battleday on Saturday have fun! _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov
