The CAN-AM RC Tank Club is a group of remote control tank enthusiasts that meet together to run our tanks on a miniature battlefield and conduct simulated battles using Infrared combat systems.
For those of you who are coming I would like to start a battleday thing of having a table to swap small or big stuff that you don't need or want. You can bring things like parts, electrical, paint, motors, accessories, tools, etc.. just stuff you've got laying around that someone else may have a use for. Let's start off light don't bring too much and see how it goes...
Also re- Michael's generous donation. Everyone who comes and pays their $20.00 will automatically get a ballot for the draw which will take place in Oshawa on Aquino (Tank) day. You may also purchase a ticket one for $2.00 (bring the change if you buy one!) or 3 for $5.00.

yes i know just all these amazing things come up to buy and i run out of money to buy the things you guys bring.... it makes me sad ...but wait until you see what i'm going to do with that hull.....

Hi Wayne,
Here are the directions link and my instructions too.
Come up to the 401 west and exit at Hwy 8 which I believe is exit 278. As you come in hwy 8 you will pass a power center on your left, go down and up a valley over the grand river, pass Fairway mall on your left and at this time you will want to make sure you are over to the left. You want to come to the light that leads you to King street just under the flyover. The easiest way in is to turn right at this light and then left at the next light which is just a short distance and is Weber St
On your right is a high school and the Club is on the left. You are coming in the back of the building so go to your right and park at the to and I will have the King street door open and a cart if anyone needs it.

Dean: Back a few months someone (YOU ?? ) said it would be nice to have an amplifier and speaker system for whatever reason and I said I have a CB base station without a speaker but I did not hear anything back. Here it is, station and mike needs speaker. Any idea's.

No problem, there will be plenty of help around. In fact when you get there just come in the hall first and we will come out and help you with all your gear if you want...

I am also bringing to boxes of Christmas tree branches from Doug. I will need someone to help carry them in.
Does this mean I don't need to bring my trees?
I can still bring the builds though.

Buildings would be good and if it is easier to leave your trees at home no problem. Although 1 box would be nice since the one's Wayne is bringing have no stands I don't think...

I would encourage everyone to bring as many tanks as they can as I would like to do a photo day as well to use for Club promotion and to show up some guys across the pond and south of here!
Depends how much cargo room Wayne is left with.
Bringing 2 as a minimum; JP and other cat to be determined .
If there's room, JP, 2 Tiger I's and a Panther G
