That looks like a rough casting.  Who makes this?

It is a Comet kit and I will try to build it as such. Not trying to mod anything.

BattleArmour, same kit as the Cromwell but with a Comet turret and lower chassis. Actually your Comet build using the HL T34 chassis is what got me start thinking about this. Will try to do the same. I have been meaning to ask you but if you can get some pictures of how the front end and back end from the Cromwell kit get integrated into the HL lower would be great.

Finally have most of the lower clubbered together. Most of the major upper structure is done also. Now just need to finish the front end and find a robust way of attaching the upper to the lower. Will try to do some cosmetics on the Pz III sprockets but worse comes to worse I will shell out the 50 euro for the proper metal ones. The problem is I don't like the metal one either.

A bit of a dog's breakfast but I am doing this one on the cheap so every bit counts. The other problem is that the instruction is for the Cromwell with some additional pictures for the Comet, so I have to constantly trying to figure out what is what.

Miss posting the intermediate pictures here but now its close to the finish line (or already there !). Guys have seen it on my last battle day in August, but there it is, with metal tracks, late Pz IV sprockets which actually looks quite good, decal (just some collection not going after any historical ones) and various bits and pieces (hinges where there are none, mod Tiger I headlights, comander's cupola splash guard etc)
