Heng Long 1/16s........ The tank commander on the M36B1 is the 1/16 Torro American Tank commander, and the upper/lower is basically a Sherman hull, and the lower on the T-90 is almost identical to the Heng Long ZTZ-99.

Who knows........ However, since both of them reuses some existing parts/chassis, it might come to your neighbourhood hobby store sooner than you think.

Rumor is that Chally 2 is on a ship to England, so that would be exciting for the Brits.
