| Tiger, the Elite Armour decals are all waterslide transfers. What you see is what you get. There is enough decals to do nine different tanks, not 9 sheets of the decal. The CD they shipped with tells you the different tanks you can do with the decal sheet. |

| The tiger with the shield is the insignia for schwere Panzer-Abteilung (Heavy Panzer Battalion) 506, the Charging Knight is sPzAbt 505. |

That would be mine. That is from a stencil, the source is: http://www.rctank.de/TIGER-I_6 I only use markings that were actual unit markings. It is an authentic marking from S chwere Panzer-Abteilung (Heavy Panzer Battalion) 506, as Mike indicates. Actually it is a tiger. The colour of the "W" indicates the company; Green - Stab White - 1st. Red - 2nd Yellow - 3rd It seems the unwritten rule was, the cooler the unit marking, the lower the kill/loss ratio. Although Abt. did loose about 30 Tigers in one day, but that was because they were on a retreat in the Stepance-ladance sector in July 1944; this was mostly because they ran out of fuel and were blown up by the crews, not destroyed in actual battles. The Abt. 506 emblem goes on with 4 separate stencil layers; _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| Happened to see this, I have the site address here; http://decals.guenstigergeht.net/index.php?cat=c52_1-16-Decals-fuer-Panzer-und-Fahrzeuge-1-16-Decals-fuer-Panzer-und-Fahrzeuge.html&XTCsid=ua7fs3o2qorfgfvlurftp41846I have used these, very good quality, be careful applying them, they are fragile when wet. Once the tank is pained, I put a clear gloss coat over the area for the decals, apply them, let set for 24 hours, then spray with the same flat clear coat I use on the rest of the tank, blends in very well. I still prefer stncils, if I can get what I want in them. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."
