Greetings Guys,

I have discussed this with a few people I am planning on doing a field restoration and rejuvenation on June 12th, one week before the first battleday. I am planning on being there for 9:30 and looking to do the following:

Dig up the riverbeds as they have shallowed in over the past couple of years.
Replace the gravel to give a nice clean bottom.

Rework a couple of the mounds to create a longer ridge structure that tanks can hide better behind.

Clean up the roads that need the bricks lifted and grass removed between.

Re-dig a couple of infantry trenches and gun positions.

A good mowing and trimming so little will have to be done before battleday

Test battle in the afternoon! :-)

If anyone could join me that would be very, very, much appreciated! And if you can bring tools like shovels, trimmers, trowels, sifting screens if anyone has them, some gravel and sand would help too. Remember the old saying, many hands make light work!

If anyone has ideas for the existing field you want us to look at or consider creating, by all means let us know.

TXS
Dean

Thanks for setting this up.

I have a scheduling conflict with that day and will not be able to be there, however, don't let that interfere.

I did check with Black Creek to make sure there are no other events planned and the day is wide open for working there.

Got a memo on June 5th, there is a rental at the Black Creek Centre for June 12th, June 11th is open.

I do expect to be available to do the final grass cutting on June 17th, prior to the meet.

I won't be able to make it either. Moving some friends. My tank is all apart now too. I doubt it will be back together and ready to battle by then either.

PLEASE NOTE;

i just got a memo from the Black Creek Centre, it appears there is a rental for June 12th, the initial report was an error on their part.

June 11th is open.

Sorry for any confusion.
