New M1A2 from Nova Hobby without electronic. $180 cash and carry. They also have Challenger 2 too

Just went to Parkway Mall in Scarborough and they have the following. I don't know if they will do cash so I assume they will charge sales tax, but you never know. A small shop that will probably do cash and carry:

Sherman/Tiger I  - $129
Leo 2 - $150
M1A2 and KT Henchel Turret - $175.

All palstic I assummed but good price for project or base to upgrade.

Yes. The new model has the 2.4 Ghz radio also. All plastic obviously.
