Hello! I was going to buy a HL infrared system on Matomart but I wanted to see if anybody has some spares. I'm looking for:
1. Henglong IR receiver tower
2. Henglong IR emitter LED
3. All REQUIRED wires for the IR system

Please let me know ASAP, thanks in advance.

The budget I'm aiming for is about $25 - $30. That includes all required items for the IR system, as what was listed above.

Hi Dan, if you're look to battle with the club then you don't want the Henglong IR.  You'll need a Tamiya compatible IR system, such as Clark boards.

I'm still new to this stuff so sorry for all the questions, What are clark boards? Are they needed for a Tamiya compatible system? If so could you recommend me a clark board system? And finally, do I have to buy a Tamiya IR system or can I buy a different IR system?

I have a few complete hl ir kits new in the package , for 30 bucks , but if your on a budget , then you can add the mako te board from rcta , that make it tamiya compatible , I have them too , and sell as a complete kit , I sold a couple already to new guys down here in niagara

Complete kit is 60.00 , you'll just need a blue ring which is the led hit indicator attached to the apple or you can make your own with some soldering skill , now , this a starter kit for the total noob , that you use your stock radio and mfu , and on a budget , then later on move up to a clark board and hobby grade radio of your choice , I'm sure some members will disagree with me on this option ,but if it will get you out on the battlefield within your price range , it not only helps you , but also helps the club with attendance, which is good thing

This is the kit for any Heng Long/Taigen tank to be IR battle ready. Will work with Clark as well. You will need an LED of some kind to indicate hits. Blue Ring is one option.

Yep , it makes it compatible to battle with tamiya , clark , and other units , like I posted earlier , this is just a starter kit for someone who wants to come out and battle with the club and have fun , your tank will give hits and take hits on a 6 hit and you die medium tank like your walker bulldog , if you can't afford 400 bucks for a clark , hobby grade radio , and a tamiya or impact apple , base , plus someone to install it
