| I've been interested in a decent airbrush kit for awhile now.... I have no idea what I should be looking for. My primary use is, naturally, tanks Whats a good system? Where can I get one? Are the kits on eBay any good? _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

| Skycraft doesn't have much except for cans of compressed air and basic Badger stuff, for insane prices.. they don't really cater to painters that much. Next time I'm in there I'll take a better look though. _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

Stinger I got mine from that store.
Not saying that this is the best airbrush, but I like mine and have done all my tanks with it;

| I will be carrying the Badger Krome as part of AK's line. have had an Aztek and a Model Master set that I have used for about 20 years with fail safe operation. Just invested in a top notch Paasche myself for that real fine detail and I like the interchangeability between cup sizes. Airbrushing is as personal as what kind of bike you ride, your best bet is to go to an art store that has a demo day. Try one on for size and see what you like. Stay away from the cheap ones even if it means you need to save up a little bit longer, nothing like spitting spatter all over the place. |
