From a PM I sent to Jughead and Wayne, if anyone else wants to be involved, please let me know;

I was wondering who would be able, and available, to get the field ready for Aug. 12th., thinking it might be best to coordinate efforts.

I could come out one evening, likely either Aug. 8 or 10 to do a rough cut to take the grass down.

The the actual filed prep could be done on Aug 11 or the morning of Aug. 12th; i.e. cut it as short as can be done and the clippings removed as best we can.

If anyone has another plan to get things ready, I am fine with that too.

Of course, we will need to keep an eye on the weather.

Please let me know about the weather. We are getting rain Friday and it might head that way as it usually does.
