I don't want to rub it in, but it probably was one of the best event we have ever had.

The target shooting range competition was a riot.

Lots of cool tank crates and work stations.

The battlefield seemed to work much better as we spaced out the buildings.

We also ran a few battles where you could not cross the river which made for more ranged combat.

The rescue mission game as fun too.

The rescue game can provide some awesome scenarios, by only moving around the soldiers to different spots.

That was tons of fun Razz

I would agree with Tim and Strato... If we mix it up like this at every battle, I think it provides for a much more interesting/fun day. It was a Blast... I believe the count was 33 tanks ?

The rescue and the competition were definately the highlights... let's do em again.

I'm glad the " Soldiers of Missforture" were a big hit ( poor Captain Action). Very Happy I'll try to come up with some new games of the next Battleday. Hmmmmm...... maybe, something involving a Pan-Tiger and a hammer?

It truely was a great time, can what until next month. Thanks to Ed again for the coffee, Frank for doing the BBQing, Tim and Ryan for help running the time trail and Ian for the prize, and everyone for making it a great time.

And Strato, I think you and I should team up more,we make a killer team out there. Twisted Evil

Went to look at the video I recorded and all of it was no good. Some how the lens got bent and every came out as a blurry mess. Sad

I was able to fix the lens, so it will be ready for next time. Hopefully Strato and Hulu got some good video.

Actually it got bent during transportation. And I haven't gone in the ditch or rolled a tank in the last two Battledays, but you won't know that since you were not there. Razz

Captain, you've been battling with your eyes closed again. Mad tongue

If you recall I snuck up on your Sherman with my Panzer III by going along the edge of the ditch and then when up hill you where hiding on and chased you away. \But may you didn't notice because Strato was laying down cover fire with his P3, but I'm sure you heard us laughing when we drove away while your Sherman was burning. Laughing

So there, Mister Roll-Your-Sherman-Two -Times!!! Razz Very Happy

My Sherman actual generates a smoke screen then turns into a dragon's tooth, or at least it did.

In truth, the SLU made a huge difference in combat performance compared to the TBU.

We did not discuss if the October date would change to the following Saturday to avoid Thanksgiving.

Did it die a natural death and everything remains the same, or will there be a change.
