It was chilly at the cenetaph today... 

But I think of those poor bastards in WW I at Passchendaele today 100 years ago...

we watched  the movie last night and a few YouTube docs .
every year it'sthe same emotional response ,that one can not believe the sacrifice nieghbours,friends and strangers made to secure the Canada that the rest of the world now claims for thier own.
