Hello Strato, I have experimented with the vapor bath on other projects it does look nice but also has the effect of rounding edges, so in the case of all the tiny details here I mostly avoided it.

Yea that'd be detrimental to the armored look. Hmm. Maybe tape up the hard edges you want to keep with putty, tape, or liquid painters tape Smile

This project is VERY impressive. I'd order one from you.
