ONFA MacStar .28 Nitro Engine with a Jammin JP-1 pipe.
I have not seen it running. Carb slides well and is clean.
I am not a knowledgeable Nitro guy (Give me Lipo!), but my friend tells me that he feels the compression is 5-6 out of 10. Not new, but not completely worn out.

It has an aftermarket roto-start attachment which I know nothing about. What you see is what it comes with.
Came as part of an RC Car Lot I bought. Best I can guess it is from a 1/8th scale Hyper 7.

that motor would have been in a buggy or truggy maybe a monster truck of the 1/8 scale. as for that roto start its so you can start it using a drill

I know OFNA makes good motors  but its still one i would want to take apart to make sure things like the piston/sleeve and conrod are in good condition and check the bearing will i'm at it. I going to check with my local hobby shop for part availability
