After toasting the HL 2.4ghz MFU in my Toothless Tiger, I've installed a Taigen Gen 1 2.4ghz MFU and it lives once again.
This unit was to be for new people to run around with at Aquino, but alas it lasted but an hour of my eldest son's constant driving... I'm hoping that the Taigen MFU lasts longer (fan keeping the MFU cool).

However I'm sure it will die again in the future... So I'm in search of 2.4 GHz HL and Taigen MFU's for spares. Anyone?

I have a small pile Mike, will bring them out Monday and you can take and test. I have the radios too if you want.

Thanks!

I plan on having the "Toothless Tiger" for "kids" with an 8000 MaH battery in it. Since no other electronics barring sound and motors (now MFU Fan) it should last for several hours.
Plastic drivetrain and pot metal gears Smile

I kind of want to make it a Turretless Bergetiger (akin to a Bergepanther) maybe with FPV and to fly a small Can-Am flag during events Smile
