well woke up last night 2:15am maybe,   to go to the washroom i could slightly smell something went to go back to bed the smoke alarm started beeping and saying FIRE i was like what the hell then the smell got worse i thought i left something on but i didn't smoke got worse got dressed grabbed my phone went outside called 911 didn't take them long to get here they are close by ...Thanks for Fire Station 2 Thanks for them guys being around that's for sure... so they said something in the furnace they had a heat sensor pointed at it just from the opening to under the house they didn't go in it was 115 degrees the breaker was tripped off so they waited until it cooled down aired out the smoke made sure my alarm still worked before they left

called Reliance they send a guy out just goes to the entrance to the crawl space i t flooded and and then caught the furnace on fire now to try going trough insurance this will be fun...Grrrrrr

well not covered by insurance 
no furnace yet
my mommy is paying for it i have to pay her $100 a month
going to be over $8000 have to get the air to
lots of side jobs i guess i will have to get my butt in gear

apparently i needed overland water coverage that cost like $100 more to get but some areas can't even get that type of coverage so what can you do live and learn

Here is my metaphor for insurance companies. They hand you an umbrella and tell you don't worry, when it rains you will stay dry. Then when it starts to rain and you open the umbrella you discover all these holes in it....
