| I hope to have some improvement before the Oct. 20th meet but I twisted my back getting out of the SUV last Tuesday and have severe pain including sciatica. I am walking very poorly with a cane and after yesterday's trip to urgent care, am on med.'s (not the same type of meds as Capt. Action  , although I probably should be on those, too) I am checking out spinal decompression treatments but I am critically sceptical of these sort things and check them out very closely before committing to them. I hope to be able to attend the next meet.

| sorry to hear about your back Glen i hope you feel better soon i to have some back problems due to my weight i have to do something about it but only i can do it i wear a brace at work sometimes i'm always standing on cement or tile floors i only sit at lunch time

| Personally I use 3 parts Vodka/ to one part vermouth plus an olive for appearance . Seems to numb most issues .
Seriously Glen I hope physical theropy can work this out for you |

| Unfortunately, I can't mix alcohol and the meds I am on, or I have a couple cans of a Holtsen Maibock beer (7% alcohol) 500ml cans, that makes things go numb pretty quick
I found a stretching exercise today that seems to helping out, got to be ready for the next meet.

| If need be I will volunteer to be your man servant at the next meet . Just let me know what you need . We can set you up next to the battle field or you could just bring your private nurse along to distract the rest of the players on the field ....just saying.... |
