Sorry, I see no option but to cancel the June 23rd meet due to the weather forecast.

Yes, we have had some good summers in the past years, this year, not so much.

The field at Fort Erie is ready for the July 28, 2018 meet.

We are good to go for the meet on Sat., Aug 11, 2018, 09:30 start.

Tonight (Thurs.), dougjobe and I got the field ready, it is in very good shape with the grass short as it can be cut and the grass clippings have been swept clear.

Saturday forecast is very good.


Please remember these items;


- Dues, we ask people who want to participate, and have not paid for 2018, to be prepared to fill out a membership form, which we will have available there, for the Black Creek Community Association (our host) and pay the $25.00 annual fee (the entire fee goes to the Black Creek Community Association, we do not keep any of the money)

- Food, this the change, we have decided to ask everyone to bring the type and quantity of food that the wish to have for themselves to the meet.  (there are no take out food facilities really close to the field)  If your food requires cooking, the propane BBQ is available for us to use.  If you wish to bring something to share, that is fine, but not expected. 

Hope to see some old friends, and some new ones, too  

Weather is still looking good for Saturday, Sept. 15th as of now.

I am looking at doing the final pre-meet grass cutting on the evening of Friday, Sept. 14th

I just got the grass cutting done on the field, things are a "go" for Sat. Sept. 15th.
