Got this from Carson at DKLM a while ago and finally got a chance to put it onto my Leo 2A6. It is quite a neat 3D printed model with full servo elevation and rotation capable. However, the rotation is way too fast with the small motor and the wires for the elevation servo cannot be slip ring unfortunately. I have them wired up but will have to figure out a way to slow the rotation motor. Tried to use a separate ESC from the IBU board with the same receiver but there is some cross talk but might try a dual receiver set-up and see how it goes. I also have the MS-90 remote weapon system from Carson for comparison. Full 360 rotation as there is no elevation servo wire to worry about !

I was looking for something that I can adjust with a rotation knob so all these would be way too fast still.

What about a constant rotation servo. Have it set as a 2 or 3 position momentary on your remote? You would have to use a winch controller as well. Or something similar.

You need to add in a resistor (Potentiometer) into the power circuit (+ve) to the rotation motor to reduce the voltage input to the motor. (aka similar to needing a resistor on an LED line to reduce voltage to ~3V from 7ish V and therefore not burn out the LED).

Might give that a try since I don't really need the torque (I know this resistor trick won't work on drive motors to slow them down).

They do need to be sized properly.
