OK just got a Moto 1/16 tiger, tracks were on the idlers wrong so got one done do the other one tomorrow. but the nut on the tensioner is what size?? I tride 6,7 mm no good its half why between them so tried a 1/4 and a 9/32 same thing any one know what size it is?? and is there a radio up grade this matotoys black with good trim is junk would like one that i can have buttons on it to activate sound guns ex not this push the stick this why and the other one this why lol any help would be grate thanks

it is 3mm - - - I bought from Amazon a set of 2 and 3mm bolts, nuts, lock washers and washers with various length bolts and replaced the short standard bolt with a much longer bolt to accommodate easier adjusting. also, those tiny nuts and bolts like to escape and hide!!!

Hey Riverboat,
A couple questions and this is where images can help a lot.

You got a 1/16 Mato Tiger I correct? I assume it is a metal version? (aka metal lower hull)
Have you looked inside the tank yet? If so, do you have this inside that the idlers mount to? (Track tension adjuster set).

Did you get this controller with it?

yes thats the radio that
my idler is just a nut coming through the body loosen it up and move the arm out side it has indents
got one done last night but its like I need a 6.5 mm wrench for it

ahhh. all metal. then my solution was based on a plastic tanks with TK6.0/6.1 MFU. then the info from Jarlath is more relevant. sorry for the misunderstanding.

No issues with this radio. You will have to program the buttons/switches for creating separate functions however.
Your control board will likely be a TK-22 which means that the controls are all normally controlled through 2 joysticks (4 channel control scheme to run many functions).
Two axes (one joystick) is used for track direction and steering.
The other is for multi-function controls. Turret rotation/elevation/Head light LED on-off/MG/Main Cannon/Engine on-off.
