Thanks Mike.  No screws, just 3 pieces ... turret locks into upper hull and upper hull just lifts up and is a snug fit.  Should there be magnets for a more secure fit?  Don't want to have this beauty fall apart.

My Tamiya King Tiger has a mounting screw on one of the engine intake cover that screws onto the speaker. The speaker on this KT does not look like it is OEM.

Congrats - I was looking at this KT also but picked up one from Deans big sale (think it was Eds (RIP)). The KTs turret, upper hull and lower hull fits together nicely. The turrets biggest issue is barrel wobble. I think that is a speaker from a Tamiya Tiger 1. The upper hull sits nicely on the lower hull so not a big issue to not have that screw.
