Well sold my Apocalypse Now inspired PBR and its modern cousin to VietRC Club members (really cool youtube videos BTW) so I figure I need to get one back and ended up trading with Captain Action on his Dumas PT-109. The stock one is not that detail which Action has added tons more but it is still more a run of the mill Elco-80 than the famed PT-109 so went Shapeways shipping to get the detail stuff. Ended up with 1/32 scale but will be adding all new weapons including the 37mm AT gun that JFK strapped on to the front of the boat. Here is picture of Action's baby.

Armament showed up courtesy of Shapeway. 37mm AT gun (PT-109 special), two twin mount .50cal and 20mm Oerlikon both O.E. on the Elco 80. Now I have to field the crew to fill these.

New crew and new weapons. Now I need to run this baby and see how it runs.
