| thanks for the great day guys, sorry I had to cut out an hour early but we had made plans for a sunday family meal... First to Stinger, to quote the immortal oddball, it's a beautiful mother bridge man... Second, glad everybody liked the shirts. Let me know how they wash up. Remember! cold water tumble dry the first time! Third, Russell, sorry you were stuck with a newbie driver in the tank commander game. LOVED THAT GAME HA! Fourth, Curtis the wespe was cool but dude, it rolled so fast the wheels fell off! Fifth, who had the go camera video/ are you going to post? Would love to see. also can't wait for pics! Sixth, can't wait for August! |

| It's to bad your tank wasn't receiving any hits, because I think me and Tom would of won. Funny think is after realizing that your tank was malfunctioning, I was going to send Tom's tank to help out the others and his radio died out. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| Hopefully we can recruit some of the new guys to join up! I totally forgot to put a plug in for the forum and website, but I'm sure most of the guys that showed up showing interest are already aware of us here I had a ton of fun, especially the 'commander' game! _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

| You don't miss me, you just wanna see the pics...lol
A great suggestion came up at the last battle day. Create a compilation of the years photos to be put on a CD at the end of the year and make it available to club members and others. In doing so, this is slowing my process down in finishing up the pics as I am formatting them into two different sizes. 1600 pixels for the CD and 800-1000 for the web site pics.
The web site pics need to be smaller for load times. I think the CD is a fantastic idea and I do apologise this is taking me a bit longer than normal. Still working on it and should have it done tonight...(I hope) 276 pictures to review and pic out the best ones.
Please be patient, I'll have it done soon.

| I for one prefer to keep Ian under a very strict set of rules and obligations, and would be on him with a whip if I was able, you gotta keep these Website types on a tough schedule. Kidding. That sounds weird in hindsight.... bwaahahaha... _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

| 6 Hours of picture editing and web page building, links checked. The web page will be up in about 10 mins.
These are my best pics to date.
The lighting on the day musta been just right. Check it out.
36 Mb worth of pics, so each page might take a bit to load. If anyone has problems, let me know and I'll need to make the pics smaller. It should be ok, though.
Click the link below that says "Can Am Tank Club Web Site" and go to July 2013 Battle

| Yea, I saw that, not a bad pic overall, but it was the only one I had of the tank. It must not have been fielded much. I went through all my files and it was the only one.
Just a note to all...
I will be going back over the battle days for this year, reformatting the pics to a 1600 pixel wide definition and placing them on CD for years end. This project will take some time, but at the end of the year it will make a great keep sake. The 1600 pixel pics show way more details and definition.
Also, while I'm on the topic of pictures... Pictures from last year will soon be deleted from the site as there is a cost involved in hosting all of the pics. To be fair to all and allow time for people to grab any pictures they want, I will leave all the pics from 2012 on the site until SEPTEMBER 1ST 2013.
If I have time, I will try to include the 2012 pictures on this years end disc. I cannot say that I will have the time to make them 1600 pixels or not.
Lastly, because I take a LOT more pics than what you see on the web site, the years end disc will feature a lot more of each tank than you get to see on the web site. I'll keep everyone updated on the progress.
Stinger
