| All my reference stuff is east front, one of the darker camo schemes in the east was used by Abt. 507.
Dark yellow with lots of over-spray green and brown, B&W historic pictures look very dark.
I can scan a colour plate and B&W's tomorrow, if east front stuff is a possibility.
If you are looking for west front camo, someone else may have some references. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| I see by the pictures, your Tiger is an early version.
Are you concerned about sticking with an earlier scheme, or do you care about the time period; nothing wrong with either, just helps with the selection.
Tigers left the factory in grey until Jan. or Feb. 1943 IIRC, I can confirm, tomorrow. Grey was sometimes used as a base and sprayed with other colours, like my current build of the early version Taigen I got from Curtis.
I need to fire up my desk top to scan, so I can do that tomorrow night. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

https://can-amrctankclub.canadian-forum.com/t434-the-tiger-i Maybe I don't have to scan something, tonight After checking that selection over, if you still want something scanned, let me know. Maybe not as interesting to paint but in an early Tiger, in dirty grey is pretty nasty looking; the pre Feb. 1943 production was grey and some units operated them that way. Abt. 502 operated them in that colour for a while, their kill to loss was around 14:1, that was the unit Otto Carius was in, they were "bad boys" _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."
