OK, This is not new, but it has not been acknowledged, before.

I mean IMHO, it is time for more "hats with character" at the Meets.

Just a few people have been carrying the load in this regard, there has been the odd beret, visor caps, Stince's Brodie helmet, Ed's M43, and he Captain's Swedish steel helmet (there is speculation it hides a tinfoil hat).

The latest edition;

I am planning to hold up my end of it at the September Meet (if the delivery shows up), so I am hoping some others will step up to the plate. Wink

I mean we are already grown men playing with toy tanks, their's not much dignity to preserve as it is Laughing

If men my age that have a model Rail Road set up in the basement can wear engineers hats', there shouldn't be a problem Laughing

It was better when I pushed the button but the shutter response on an inexpensive digital is painfully s l o w Embarassed  but I thought it looked fine, I can take it down, if you want.

I prefer to remain out of camera shot myself, I said once, "ditch that picture, I am pulling a face in that one" and I was told, "no, that's your normal face" Embarassed Laughing

Thar's why I did not want to be interviewed for TV at our display at the Essex Military Muster, we let the Capt. be our spokesman.
