Hi Everyone,
Well what a fantastic night for the club...... ;D ;D ;D. Lots of people to thank so first off a big thank you to Slyvan who designed and made the club a brilliant electronic capture the flag system, it was heaps of fun and has a lots of potential for not only our club but other clubs. 2nd a big thank you to Chris and Trinity for bringing some yummy chicken wings and a beautiful pavlova, big thank you to Gavin and Paul for bring some great diorama along, Gavin donated a fantastic looking destroyed Russian tank factory and Paul filled the field with some great static models and also had a destroyed factory which is still a work in progress. Also James for donating a smoke machine which looked great and created some fantastic visual affects. Last but not least a big thank you to Rey and his wife for taking all the vid and pics.

Last of all a Huge thank you to my beautiful wife who heaps make these days happen and also to our club members and there families which help make these days what they are...

Cheers Ken

Hey Stince,
Yeah its a bloody great idea we still have some fine tuning to do but essentially there are four sensor pads, two for each side its a 12 min game and gives you 1 min between activating the first sensor to activating the second sensor which are displayed by a red or blue led for the game win these times can be adjusted also. Which ever team activates both flags in the given time it plays there appropriate song, it also bows a whistle and plays an air raid sound to start the game and blows a whistle to end the game if no team has activated both sensors.
It can also be used to count how many of each team returns to there respective base during a timed battle and the calculates the winner.
If you guys are interested I will keep you informed of how we go, we hope to make it an available kit that other clubs can purchase.

Cheers Ken
