So its green, that is the worst thing you can say about this tank. Actually mold on tools and a fake ball MG are the worst things but the only things.
The Taigen Sherman is a really nice tank. the fit is as good as any including Tamiya and better than most, There is very little slop in the turret and even the top deck unhooks and hooks easier than other taigen models.
The tracks are heavy metal and are quite robust as is the suspension. Individually sprung as it should be as well with the rubber coated road wheels. The suspension is screwed on from the inside with metal screws, Appropriate spring stiffness soften the road wheel movement when driving.
The lower half is pretty indestructible and this I kid you not. It is industrial cast, not hobby cast. In making it an industrial type cast they saved some money but really produced an excellent lower hull.  its not aluminum but i don't think its white metal either ( its non magnetic so there is no steel in it)
The Turret has a very nice cast detail to it and easily looks the part. Tank only with no battery I think would come in around 10 - 11 lbs so it is quite hefty.
The 360 turret is sweet also.  The tools are mold ons but hey we are used to that by now aren't we?
So this puppy could be turned into a variety of Shermans with very little effort.
This Sherman is easily on par with all of the other Torro/Taigen tanks and as much as it is an expensive tank one really only needs to change the board and paint it to their specific need OR just leave it as is. It really is that good.

I will edit later today and provide some pics

Hey Curtis, any chance we'll see one in February for the next indoor meet? Suspect

FYI 2 of my local hobby stores have them in. They have started carrying just a couple of Taigen in BB form. This Sherman is a beast I must say and the paint is not 1/2 bad right out of the box. I do hate the molded on tools but they at least made the effort to paint them 1/2 decently...

Price you ask? $599...

$599 is a very high price but they have walls etc to pay for. I am selling my Shermans for $540.00

Stince Yes you will see one next battle day. I have one on my workshop desk right now, trying to think which Division to make

I've been tempted by the tank gods yet again. Sigh

if you were tempted this is the one to be tempted by. Wish I could bring it out and show everyone, it really is a nice tank.
