| Hi Guys, we are being moved to a different room than the last 2 times so when I go Friday night to set up I will let you know the best place to park and access. So make sure you check the board Friday night before you head out Saturday morning! On the head count CAPPS is out but has good excuse, surgery Saturday! I'm sure everybody wishes him well. Anyone else who wasn't on the list before who is coming please let me know. Travel weather looks O.K. so shouldn't be any problem there... See you Saturday morning! _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov

| Hi Guys,
Sorry about the delay. So we are in the room across the hall from the room we used before so instead of parking on the left side of the building (if you are looking at the back) park on the right or north side up near the top of the parking lot and I will have the front door open for us so you come straight in the room. My blue Dodge crew cab will be parked up there and in the back will be a dolly (no Glen not that kind!) for anyone to use to bring their trunks/boxes to the front door.
For T park in your usual handicap spot at the top of the left parking lot and send Drew over to let me know you are here and I will open the door you used before and we will go through that room and through the kitchen and into our room. Speaking of Kitchen, Don the manger told me that he had the kitchen make some "extra" schnitzel for us! So see you there in the morning and thanks to Ed and Norma for coming in to help set up! _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Thanks for the set up job (and the arrangements), I know it doesn't "just happen" and takes quite a bit of work. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| For those few who noticed I was having difficulties with my Leo vibrating and bouncing around, it was not a wobly wheel or loose track or loose wheel. it was a " REAL TIME" maintenance issue. the rear drive sprocket had caked mud and grass and slime hardened into the " V " of the drive sprocket thus lifting the track off of the teeth of the sprocket lifting up the tank on every revolution of the sprocket.
NOTE to self ( Take tank to car wash after playing in the mud.)
For the first time all my tanks ran and fought even the turetless JS-2.
Lunch was great until I broke the draft beer machine. Us wounded warriors do enjoy talking to many the tankers as well as crushing VW's
For the Tet event at the International Centre I believe it was mentioned that if there was any chance of your attendance say YES so there will be a pass for you and not have to pay $ 20 each. ( See Deans thread titled Full names for TET.

| Hey Wayne, are you sure it wasn't Volkswagen bits stuck in the sprocket. Also can't wait to see the JS-2 when it's finished. Thanks Dean, for throwing a good shindig. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

Wayne Wayne, I noticed the front suspension arm of your T-54 is busted too....... I am sure you know that already but just in case. You can see it in my tank video and I promised it wasn't my Leo that did it with couple of shots........ :-) Love you JS-2..... MikeC. |

Mike I do not have anything broken, I do have both front suspension arms sprung tighter then all the rest. They are installed per Hooben instructions but are opposite to all the others. Either I need a redesign or weight in the nose.

| By the way it is a T-55 But with the funny front suspension maybe it only earned the right to be a T-54
