| Hi there Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Vern and I`m fairly new to this aspect of R/C. I used to race R/C cars years ago. I have a passion for armour, especially WW2. I have an HL Kv1 on order, just wanted something a little different. I sure am hoping to get to know you and to learn a lot from you. Thanks Vern |

| Greetings! I'm from Hamilton myself, and I had to build a shelf for my tanks... /sigh The KV is a great tank, very tough and drives well I think you'll love it. There are lots of posts here concerning it, and also lots of answers. | Thanks for the welcome. I`m in the Dunnville area quite a bit in the summer time, hopefully I`ll get to a battle day while I`m out that way. |

| Welcome to the forum Vern, The KV is good tank to start with, it's a good runner. if can try to make to a Battleday, you can learn so much at one meet than you can learn in three months looking on the Internet. Plus it's great fun too! _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| I tried to purchase a 105mm Sherman but, that fell through. I really like the looks of the KV-1, can~t wait for it to get here. |

| KV-1 is an excellent runner right out of the box and a good battler. I added walterson gearboxes and upgrade motors and mine runs incredibly well. " /> _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov
