| I use whatever is laying around to sit them up off their tracks.. cardboard box, little Tupperware cups, whatever. _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

| Mine are on shelves. It sounds like a good idea to get them off their tracks, I think I will check out the hard foam from computer box packing in the back room of our office, and if it looks like it will work, I will "dispose" of it _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| I keep mine in the fridge! They always need to cool off after a hard day of battling. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| I have had my one Tiger sitting on tracks for at least 6-7 years and I can see no difference between that tank and one of my newer Tigers... _____________________________________________ My Tanks <<== Click hereCan-Am Tank Club <<< Web site linkTiger I | King Tiger | Panther G | PzIII | PzIV | Stug IV | SturmTiger | Pershing/Howitzer | M16 Halftrack | M26 Super Pershing | M48 Patton | M41 Bulldog | Gepard | Leopard | KV-1 | KV-2 |T-34 | |

| You wouldn't see any difference. They would need about over 40 years to see anything. You don't put your car on blocks when your not drive it and they weigh more scale wise.
But it would be a good idea to have block under them when plugged into a live battery. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| Ya I know this thread is over a year old, but I didn't want start a new one, so there! I was a Home Depot the other night and came across this 3 Door Wardrobe. It's a good size ( 71 5/8"H X 48 1/4"w X 20 1/2"d ) and thought it would be good storing my tanks. I currently have them all over the family room and this would protect them from my young kids and bouncy dog, plus the wife won't complain so much. I could add some extra shelves where the shirts are hanging. It could hold ten tanks easily, so what do you guys think? _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| The Home Depot near me had them for $116 + tax.
You could put a lock on them, but it wouldn't be hard to break in, the back is wood simulated cardboard. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger
