One of my latest projects......... Asiatam Full Metal Kubelwagon from Carson @ DKLM. Here is a shot after it has been taken apart (Came assembled). Will be putting a base primer on it before commencing RC work. Still waiting for the ESC purchased off eBay.

Gonna be a tight fit for everything, but then again, less parts and items to control = 2 channels and less battery power requirements. (plus your usage of Lipo's).
Do the doors "snap" shut? or are the door handles "latching"?

Not too bad....... micro servo for steering in the front, ESC and receiver under the back seat and battery in the boot (or vice versa). Doors are latched. Practice run for my next project. Will post pics when it arrives.

Update........ Primer and a base coat of Tamiya Dark Yellow, sorted out the electronics. No need for trailer as everything fits under the bench seat and the trunk. Still have to figure out what to do with the lights as I need to find some 3v power. Maybe take one off the servo control.

Sorted. I rig up a 2 pin servo connector to take the power off the receiver to power the two front headlight. I put them in parallel and a 100 ohm resistor.
