| Anneliese is repaired and ready. I'll just have to sort out which of the other "kitties" will come and play _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| Operation: Maple Culler? I believe Operation: Choclate Glaze was a more successful mission, lead by Cpl. Horton. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| I have my Bulldog's battle system fixed, The Tiger I is down waiting for the 3:1 and 400 motors, but no fear that axis will be short as the crew of one of my King Tigers are hard at work trying getting her ready...With a King Tiger, one does not need to fire at a Sherman, simply drive over it....lol (or let it just fall into a ditch) _____________________________________________ My Tanks <<== Click hereCan-Am Tank Club <<< Web site linkTiger I | King Tiger | Panther G | PzIII | PzIV | Stug IV | SturmTiger | Pershing/Howitzer | M16 Halftrack | M26 Super Pershing | M48 Patton | M41 Bulldog | Gepard | Leopard | KV-1 | KV-2 |T-34 |

| That's a good point, when you have a great tank like that, why waste ammunition. Besides a little green paint on the tracks will add to the camo |

| We've all practiced it this summer, now the time has come to make it official! Last man rolling, walks away with the trophy and bragging rights for the year! Remember the rules: 1. Two tanks line up with back ends touch. 2. On the count of 3, race in opposite directions to a line marked on the ground 10' away. 3. After crossing the line the tank may turn and fire on the opposing tank. 4. First tank hit loses and the winner moves on. 5. The final match will be a best of 3. Happy Shooting!!! Also in the recent news announced on RCU, I thought it would be a nice gesture if we dedicated this tournament to Phil of RC Tank Wars, if no one has any objections. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| Looks like my dad will be joining me for this Battleday. He said afraid to drive one of my tanks because he doesn't want to break it. He's obviously never seen me in action! I can also bring the BBQ again if you guys want to do that lunch. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| I find that we can't call the weather really accurately until the day before.
So I will think "happy thoughts" about it and keep checking, we won't know with any certainty until Friday evening, IMHO. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| I understand, its one thing to be in the neighbourhood but it would be VERY disappointing to make the 3 or 4 hour drive only to have it rain. As of early Thurs. morning, here is what one local source has for Sat.; A chance of showers, mainly before 8am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 54. Breezy, with a west wind 14 to 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible. Here is a link for another site: http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/caon0247/l2a5a4/E915104As of right now that's a bit disappointing (chance of rain in the morning, and waiting for a wet field to dry) but we are 48 hours away from the meet and things could change for the better so I will keep checking to see if the forecast improves. I weed whipped the field on Monday because I would not be able to do it later this week, I also cut the grass, but I think Tim will likely try to cut it again today or tomorrow, weather permitting. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."
