Hey guys just wondering on my jaghpanther ,two things 

1 the Bb red light..... If I take it out will it effect anything eles?

2 can I put the ir bulb in place there?

I believe that the "Airsoft" LED is directly connected with the airsoft motor. As it spins up, you see the red light.

I usually cut that stuff right out and as Jar said I believe it's directly hooked up to the motor power. 

Yes you can hook up your IR there, but it'd be good practice to take a 1/4" drill bit, drill out the entire hole and glue your 9-10mm tube there, thus allowing you to use something like hot glue to fix the bulb from the inside. That way you're within the rules for shot spread (It's not a shotgun) and is really easy to do maintenance on.. and paint!

This is how I installed an IR Emitter in mine, not my idea, Mike C suggested it.

It doesn't have elevation but there are no complaints on the field (except from those I am shooting at) 

The tube and bulb go in there quite nicely.

Note that your gun mantlet also does not have the "Airsoft" LED above the cannon. But interesting placement... I like it...

It did, but it got "body worked" to make it look more realistic.
