| Been busy doing suspension adjustments and putting some much-earned primer on! A bit on the suspension... I ground away all the existing Panzer IV mounts and roughly spaced out 6 new holes that I calculated for Panther road wheels & the length of hull I had to work with between drive sprocket and idler. Drilled out those holes & then mounted hexagonal M3-threaded standoffs, the kind that hold things together in your PC but are also popular with aircraft and drone builders.. Then I bolted some Panther suspension pieces right on! When I show this tank off I'll explain what a pain in the butt that was... let's just say for now that 10x6x3mm bearings don't just slide smoothly onto HL axles. Each suspension arm has a leaf spring that I am constantly adjusting in length. I kept it simple... I used a couple medium sized Zip-Ties® and glued them together in layers to form a spring. Voila. _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

There is a bit, but they are partially resting on a metal enclosure I fabbed up to cover the leaf springs on top.
