| So I'm looking at slip ring systems now that my kids rotated my KV-1's turret so many times that they pulled out several of the turret connections on the clark board (Servo Recoil/Basic LED Gun Flash)... So I'm compiling what is needed for our battle ready tanks. RequiredIR System - 7 Wires- 3 for IR Receiver (+ve, -ve, Sig)
- 2 for IR Emitter (+ve, -ve)
- 2 for Hit LED's (+ve, -ve)
Elevation - 2 or 3 Wires- Unidirectional motor (aka HL) = 2 (+ve, -ve)
- Or Servo = 3 (+ve, -ve, Sig)
OptionalRecoil - 2 or 3 Wires- Airsoft/Recoil = 2 (+ve, -ve)
- Servo Recoil = 3 (+ve, -ve, Sig)
Simulated Gun Flash- LED Basic = 2 (+ve, -ve)
- HV Flash Unit = 3 (+ve, -ve, Sig)
SO if you want all the options... You are looking at a minimum of 13 wires... I've only seen them go up to 14 and be price competitive... I'm looking at making a couple for my tanks... IR Battle system, Stock Elevation, Servo Recoil & Basic Flash = 14 wires... And to make them a plug and play setup... If you can find me ones that have 16-18 and are cost effective, please let me know...

| Let me know too on the slip rings. The only reason I haven't done them yet is exactly, they don't have enough wires... _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov
Too many tanks, not enough time....

| For kids tank it is probably better to leave the original 320 degree ring in. Much simpler. |

Tiger when did you post this ? Do you have a picture ? I might be interested in the recoil if it is Clark. |

Kids are going to get the Jagdpanthers to screw around with.. Less issue with Turrets I found these: They are about $25USD each though... 18 wires |

| I might have a couple I need to get rid of. Let me see if they are 18s and you can have them for $10 each. |
