I recently picked this one up. Yes, some of you may have seen it before. I believe it started as a Torro M16. Gave it a new steering servo, Team Associated XPS micro ESC, Spektrum SR415 and a lipo. It needs the head and tail lights replaced. I have plans to make the winch working all with my DX4S.

Nice. Love these half tracks with the metal frame. Great weathering too !

Almost complete with a couple upgrades. Head and tail lights are now functional. Also have the winch together and working. Just have to stuff it all back in.

Reviews for the original 1/8 scale winch are lousy. This is more a demonstration exercise. The plastic mounts for the winch on the half track wouldn't be able to pull very much till it pulls itself out.

I couldn't come up with a scale hook so I swiped a shackle off my Panther. I'll be looking into a snatch block and scale hook for the winch at some point. Test driven and ready to go!

I cannot take credit for the paint or weathering. It is very nice.
