It says the rain will stop in time for setup but condition will the field be in. Maybe we can postpone the for an hour and setup around 10 and battle to 5 . Would extra hour help dry the field?

As for next weekend, that is the only weekend I can't make it.

Latest forecast shows rain all night until noon tomorrow. I think we should reschedule for 2 weeks from tomorrow on October 20th.

I am good with that.

While I like to be optimistic about the weather, the reality is that the past week or two have been hard to call for weather and the forecast looks "iffy" for tomorrow.

It is not good for the guys who travel distances for the meet, I would hate to see someone drive the 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours only to have it rain, or the field too soggy to dry out by noon.

According to the weather network it's going to clear up by 6am, but you guys know the weather down there better than me.

I'm going to pack up the car as planned, if the event is cancelled please post it up before 7am!
I don't want to drive all that way and be the only on there or I going over to Tim's for breakfast.

I can't get tomorrow off... Two weeks from now works for me.

As you said, it will be wet and we won't have drying weather tomorrow, either.
