| Here is a fun game that was played on the RCU Forum and is a good way to kill some time during the winter months. The rules are simple, some post up a picture of a tank, armour car, half-track, etc... Then we try to guess what it is. If any one gets right then they post the next picture. If no one gets it the the original poster gets to post a new one. This game is a really good way to learn about tanks and such! And more who play the more fun it is. First challenge! _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

From what I can tell you are both right. VT 1-1 bzw GVT 05 is it's technical name and Jagd-Leopard is it's common name. Since Stinger was first, I guess he gets to post the next one. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

| RÄUMPANZER TIGER (P) RAMMTIGER Based on the experiences of Stalingrad street fighting, on November 22, 1942 Hitler approved the production of a single Rammtiger - barricade and obstacle destroyer. Porsche completed the planning stage by December 7, 1942 and by January 5, 1943, Hitler decided that three VK4501(P) chassis’ were to be modified and converted to Rammtiger / Räumpanzer Tiger(P). This lightly armed (with MG) vehicle was to be a standard VK4501(P) hull mounted with a streamlined upper superstructure and front mounted ramming plow. In theory, the streamlined shape of the superstructure would allow the collapsed rubble to simply slide off the vehicle. In May 1943, three superstructures were completed and three Rammtigers were ready by August 1943. Their fate is unknown after August 1943, but it is unlikely that they saw any combat and probably remained at the Nibelungen Werke. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger
