There have been some costs to the upgrades to the field that I would like to explore obtaining donations for.
I don't like doing this but the club does not have a treasury and I would prefer that we don't enter into that complication.

Stinger's Portion;

8 hours of labour : free (9am-5pm)
Use of father-inlaws pick up truck : free
I pictched in the gas for the truck.

My portion;

We don't mind working on the field, because we are closer to it than most, but would appreciate some financial contributions.
We don't need to recover all our costs, we expect to pay a share of the cost too, but any help in spreading the costs would be very welcome.
For example, if 6 others chipped in, there would be 8 of us, including Stinger and I.
The share would be $15.60 each
Round that to $15.00 each
The 6 others total would come to $90.00, I would take $15.00, Stinger $75.00, so each of us would be left with an approx. $15.00 contribution.
If someone has another idea, that's fine, too.
Other: Stinger is offering a large quantity of interlocking bricks for the roads, these would be approx. $1,000.00 to buy, but he is not asking for compensation for them.
