Official start time will be 2 pm but I know some with be there earlier. Some of us will be there earlier around lunch time, so if you want to show up earlier that will be no problem.

Boys, we have a bit of an issue. My contact the owner didn't check with his banquet booker and they have a large group going to use the small hall on Sat. evening so they need the afternoon to set it up. Pretty hard for me to say too much since this is a $3000 booking for them and we were going to use it for free. My contact is working on something but it just may come down to a few tables in the general bar area which means no running around of tanks obviously. 
I am trying to talk him into letting us use the big hall but I don't know how much luck we will have with that. This time of year is a bugger for any place and and this point no chance to switch. I am hoping to have some clarification this afternoon...

It's sort of back to the original plan. Just get together for a bite to eat a beer or 2 and have some discussions on next year....

still don't care, I will be there. We can take over a corner of the bar lol This place does get busy though so I am going to keep my tanks in the car until I need them

All is good boys, we have the large room so table space should be O.K. and we will have room to run around. But remember! The more stuff you bring the more stuff you have to haul in and then haul out! We must make sure we are cleaned up and totally gone by 5 which shouldn't be a problem. I will be there by 11:30 and since we have the private room you can come anytime after that.

Again I'll be coming from hamilton with a couple tanks / projects... so if Steve or anyone need a lift!

Just so everyone is aware, if you wish to get another ticket for the Tiger I Tank that will be drawn at Kitchener meet, they are still available. I will bring extra tickets for those interested.

I will have the Club T-shirts and also be bring some spare parts and stuff.

I did not want to ask any more questions but since I missed both Sept and October meets I know nothing about the draw.
How much, who is supplying, what manufacturer, in the box, RTR or Kit ?
I know it was talked about at the beginning of the year but I do not recall the outcome.

Weel I would think everybody that was at the Kitchener get together was equally impressed.
 Mr. Dean  This certainly was a few steps above the best pickles I ever have had. My sincere thanks Sir and a congrats on what I think was one of the best days out.
Wish I could have battled more but the waitress's and locale was phenominal.

Oh ya thank you much ....very good venue ....excellent food good company and tanks ...but Dean I understand having to arrange all this its a lot of work ...you may have let down your guard on your tanking skills I expected more of a fight but it could be that white tank .....or it could be the jagdpanther is just so superior .
