Looks like there is not a whole lot of interest in maintaining the equipment to visually look like it is maintained or even to keep the grass/landscape clean. The Cadillac Cage Commando & M113 APCs are a good example.

I see a bunch of barrier chains, but a ton of open hatches. Ability to go inside the vehicles? Or not allowed?

Stupid communist government! They consider those are enemy equipment so they don't care just let those tanks rusty and parts stolen but they lose a lot of money from tourist
