Krijn Added to the list. Rates are approximately $169 per night plus taxes/fees. Includes breakfasts. PM me the name of who the room will be registered under. I am giving the list to the hotel and will get confirmation/reservation numbers. |

| Hey Jarlath can I move my hotel reservation to Saturday night instead ? Just found out that Friday is my wife's convocation and won't be able to leave until later on in the afternoon so will plan on staying all day Saturday and part of Sunday instead of Friday/Sat.

| OK everyone. I have your room confirmation numbers. And rooms/dates have been updated.
Rooms are $149.00/night + Taxes & any other fees. Breakfast is included!
We will have a sectioned off area at the hotel patio for eating our dinners (using the BBQ!), they ask that any alcoholic beverages be purchased at the hotel's bar/restaurant. If it rains or weather is not nice outside for dinner, we are able to utilize the breakfast area for sitting down and eating dinner as long as we clean up after ourselves.
Friday night will be pork chops with sides & extras (Robert, if you want to bring some chicken or beef for us to BBQ, please do.)
Saturday will be honey garlic beef meatballs & rice & extras |

| You have to order your extra wristbands online or pick up on the Thursday or Friday when you come down at the museum.
Bring your own tent if you can just in case
