Somewhat off topic but I started playing WOTB and thought this might be a good forum to ask this noob question as I'm sure there must be a few players here:


With the toolbox mounted in the equipment slots, do in-battle repairs start automatically (for all modules/tracks) or do you still have to use the repair kit consumable to start repairs - even with the toolbox mounted?

I'm currently running with repair kit consumables & enhanced tracks instead of toolbox.

A small repair kit will repair a set of tracks or a single component upon usage. The large Toolbox will repair everything, and also give a general repair speed increase.

I think... I do not play WOTB... But that is what I last recall from looking it up.

Thanks Jarlath!  That seems right. I was wondering if you only have the toolkit (no repair kit), do the repairs start automatically when damage is sustained in battle?

I looked on youtube and cannot find anything specifically about this. I could try experimenting in the game myself but my battle stats are already pi$$-poor, LOL...

Repairs normally take time for broken components (tracks etc). Toolkit enhances the repair rates.
If you do not use the toolkit for instant repair, it is not consumed.
