I officially gave up on my Ludwig AMX-13 kit as I don't have faith in the lower to be strong enough to run properly and the work involved to integrate PZIII tracks but still loves the turret. So here is my latest Frankenstein project, a Mato lower with a DGS M4A4 upper and the Ludwig AMX-13 FL-10 turret. No it is not IDF, it is Egyptian Sherman and it is alive !

It may be Egyptian and alive, … but once it meets my IDF Centurion it won’t be!. Nice unique build as always! Cheers

Very nice! Can we assume there will be a M60 AVLB project soon?

Not likely, my US buyer has ghosted me. It will goto a Canadian home if they is someone interested in it. On the otherhand I still have the AMX-13 lower from Ludwig so if I end up putting that together then I will need a turret for it LOL.

Perhaps he ran out of tank funds. Mike did you ever get your shipment from Germany? Mine finally arrived on Thursday. So over 50 days and I paid 42 Euros shipping for that small package and they put it on a boat. Also it only got here that fast because it went through Montreal. Gateway CBSA in Mississauga seems to take 3 weeks now from the time it lands in Canada to give it to Canada Post

Thank god I got mine just before Christmas so I was able to work on them over the holidays. One is done (Panther F) and the other one is with Dean for painting !
The only problem was that Dom taped the two tank boxes together and shipped it one piece. Nobody can lift it up without breaking their back. My post office guy took me into the storage room so he doesn't have to touch it.

It must have been so weird Sherman tanks battling each other!
