A heads up to anyone looking for the Tamiya apples, they are back into production. I got an email from the Danville Museum:

We are sending out this newsletter to let all of our customer know that we have now officially heard from Tamiya and they are expecting the Battle Units (53447) back instock (after a 1 1/2 year backorder) by the end of October. We should have them around the first week in November. If you wish to put your name on this list to get them when they first arrive (first come, first serve) please send an email to Natasha at tankmuseum@gamewood.net with your name and the quantity that you want to buy. When they come in we will contact you and you can place the order through our website or over the phone.

On a side note, we do not know yet if there will be a price increase. We will know when they come in and will let everyone know.
