What do you guys typically use to attach metal parts to metal tank hulls etc?? CA glue??

CA, goop, 2 part epoxy, depends on the application... Very Happy

Mostly trim bits. Copula, smoke launchers, that sort of thing.

Metal on metal you might want to try cold weld stuff too.
