| That time of year guys! Time to talk about CLUB DUES!!!. As discussed the decision has been made for non Waterloo Rod and Gun club members to pay $185.00 We want to make it as reasonable while at the same time raising enough funds to cover upkeep of the field and a payment to the Rod and Gun Club for the use of the ground. For lunch this year we are going to ask that you either donate $5.00 to the cause normally might be a little more for special occasions, or you can bring your own of course...So what do you get for your $185.00 Club Membership Fee? 1. Use of the battlefield at anytime outside of regular scheduled battledays2. Weekend pass to Aquino weekend is included3. Entry into the Annual sanctioned CanAm R/C Tank Club Battle Royale Points Competition. prizes! awards! last year I think everyone will agree good prizes including a HengLong tank, Clark board and other goodies)4. Discounts on club purchase items like Clark boards, IR kits, recoil systems, tank purchases, etc.. Now, here is the thing. Membership WILL BE REQUIRED TO COME AND PLAY ON THE FIELD, TAKE PART IN THE POINTS COMPETITION, AND END OF SEASON DRAWS, which will be bigger and better than last year... :-)Payment MUST be received by April 15th! We have things to purchase this year for field upkeep. Trailer needs some new sealing and paint touch up, We want to but a new weed whacker as the one I got last year has died so want to get a top line electric one. We also discussed Tom making coloured apples for battling so we can more easily recognize the enemy, so those have to be paid for, and we will also be making donation to the Gun club for use of the field.Payment can be made by Paypal, (friends and family to dgsselkirk@gmail.com) or by e-transfer, Bruce is working on schedule and it should be up and running in a couple of weeks.So if you have any questions or comments by all means post them here... | What would the charges be for a 2-4 time visit by members of the 705th Armored brigade ?
i have no big issue paying something but we will not be there every day/week and hence not compete for prizes.
I have no issue paying for a lunch, or a can of pop.
I'm sorry but i have to ask.

Yep, looking at March 18th, and April 15th for small get togethers. March 18th is actually a wing night at the club too so it starts at 4 for those interested... :-)

Krijn In discussions with the group it has been decided that we will offer other clubs a single membership for their entire club for the first year. so in other words your club will pay one fee $185.00 but you will be able to come as a club as many times as you like. It will also get you one Aquino pass. TXS Dean
