| If anyone has a surplus Tamiya Receiver, I'd be interested. Just saying, don't mess up and plug yours into CN3 on the Clark Board, instead of CN2 where is is supposed to go..................don't ask _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| whaaaaa?? how did you kill receiver if you only mixed up ch2 with ch3 or did you plug something in upside down? To me that should have messed up the stick layout _____________________________________________ I do things in the name of science but first hold my beer

| According to Mike C, CN3 could deliver a high voltage to the wrong parts of the receiver.
I took a look inside it, nothing obviously "smoked" but it doesn't appear to work. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

To me that should have messed up the stick layout Russ, CN2 and CN3 on the Clark board, not the receiver. I recently did the same thing on the IBU2 with a volume switch and melted it and I think did some other damagle to the board as well (Its in England now getting fixed). Hopefully nothing was burnt on the Clark board itself. |

| I have no idea why, but I re-tested the receiver in both Tigers this evening, ad, it's working.
Not that I am complaining. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| you can't burn out a clark board by plugging it to a reciever the wrong way nor can you hurt the reciever by plugging into the wrong channel on the Clark. Just can't happen. Plugging a power source into the Clark in the wrong spot is another matter altogether but that has nothing to do with the reciever |

Plugging a power source into the Clark in the wrong spot is another matter altogether but that has nothing to do with the reciever Thanks, good to know, didn't really want to replace that one. Now I will sure remember what goes where as far as flashes and receivers go. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

And I almost put apple in brackets, too, I should have to clear up any confusion. _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."
