Yep, thought of all those details already and a couple more. Not my first rodeo cowboy! LOL!

No, it will certainly not be ready for Sept. (Unless of course you want to step up Mike! Razz)

But you know what? No choice. I had to take it when I can get it. $600 for a 25 foot trailer that is solid delivered? You won't find a better deal than that!

What we will do is probably tarp it for the meet since it will not be of any use at that point anyway.

Where is it going to be located in relation to the field? Opposite the "parking" area where we usually park? Or on the side near the existing containers?

Also. Get a bunch of detergent and such (and a garden Hose) and we can "buff the outside" a bit and apply a primer coat to the sides.

Not quite sure yet. Have to discuss with club but I would like it beside the gazebo running toward the house...

So in the direction the red vehicle is in shown in the above image? I was just thinking of which side we would want the door to be on. Towards the field or away from the field.

not sure on cost or if we could but by friend dose graphic wrapping, cheaper would be one color ovesly but would be neat to have maybe the trailer wrapped in a photo of like tanks with out logo or something

Yah probably, we'll I can ask him for shits and giggles. What about a big print of the logo for the side facing the public?  People will know who we are and the site?

We are waiting on a new logo but yes, thought of that. I can do banners very cheaply like $100 bucks but you can ask him about a large decal sure...

Well, after much hard work the big dirt pile is finally leveled and we will have access to the whole field by road shortly! I went at it from 9:30 this morning till about 3 and Ed came after lunch and was still at it when I left. Our trailer was delivered today and from first inspection will be great for storage and as a little club house. Added some more bunkers (not complete) and an 88 gun emplacement to protect Ed's new Castle Keep! Work on the V-1, V-2 missle complex coming along...

And some pics of the V-1 launch ramp and V-2 for scale along with our new telephone wires and in the later shots a couple of well known Panthers... :-)

Is it bad that the first thing I thought of was, "That was a lot of electrical tape used for stenciling!"

Painters tape, and rattle cans much cheaper...

If you google V-1 launch ramp you will see in images the one it's loosely based on. I did cement stands rather than I beams. Much easier and faster...

Dean. Are you and ED at the field any evening this upcoming week? I want to see the trailer and also talk to you about my trailer for Labour Day week/Airshow weekend...

I'm not sure if I will make it out a day this week Mike. For sure will be there on the holiday Monday all day. It might be best if you e-mail and explain what you are bringing to:

 scale@kwflyingdutchmen.com

it actually is their rodeo as far as camping goes but you might mention Rob Penner said we could park it in front of the old house

Oh don't worry, further down stream the "River of Death" gets quite deep. Around a foot...

Emailed them and CC'd you on it.

I wanted to make it out one evening to get an understanding of where I would be parking it. (Still not 100% on that as I have never really looked at the rest of the club layout Smile

Maybe I'll bring a couple 22's... I even have a smoothbore .22 that we can load up with #9.5 shot loads and Flak the airplanes flying around Smile
