I hope you didn't just jinx yourself!
Hey MikeC, how many tracks have you thrown?

I'd guess that short grass is much better on tracks than small rocks... (Plus really light tanks...)

My track throwing is really only on my Mato M-10 specifically and it is not really field related. I can get it to throw it on my back deck if I wanted to.

I thought you just sold your modern tank (M1 or Chally) that was throwing tracks all the time at the K/W Garrison?

The M1 has gone to a better home, and my Chally is now all good running on plastic tracks. The T-90 never had any issues. I think it has something to do with the length of the hull and the flex that happens to the moderns. On the otherhand, Hach's crew is running all moderns and they never had any problems, but then they are all light weights on plastic tracks.

That's right Mike! Plastic track is better than metal one because drive systems on Heng Long tank is not design for metal track. Other way plastic track is cheaper and easy to fix it

Sorry, can't make it.
I promise the kids to take them camping last month and this was the only weekend we could do it.

I haven't had much luck getting to Battleday this year. Sad
